   Once you have approved the plan the process then, proceeds to the working drawings, which include:  lighting, drainage, grading, planting,  irrigation and other design stipulations.

   We have the ability to arrange all the separate elements for your ideal outdoor living space into an environment that is cohesive and enjoyable.

   The development of details during the design phase ensures that problems and unwanted surprises during actual construction will be reduced or eliminated.  On-the-job supervision ensures coordination of the plans with sub-contractors.
